How the System Works
The letters you write are printed on the patterned papers you choose and, together with other contents such as photos and postcards, are placed into the envelopes you select and delivered via USPS to recipients anywhere in the world.
How Is Payment Made?
Just like on any e-commerce website, you can complete your payment at checkout for the total amount of the services or content you’ve added to your cart. Payments can be made securely using a credit or debit card, or via bank transfer (EFT). We use the trusted infrastructure of İyzico for all transactions, and all payments are processed through encrypted, secure systems to ensure your information is fully protected.
How Can I Track My Letter?
Letters submitted on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped out the very same day. All tracking details will be sent to the mobile phone number registered in your account via SMS. With this information, you can easily see where your letter is, when it was delivered, and who received it. You can also track your letter directly from your account. Simply log in, click on “Sent Items,” and then select the vehicle icon next to the letter you’d like to track — the tracking page will open automatically.

Letters are mailed to the entire world from New Mexsico.
How Are Photos Printed?
Photos are printed on high-quality 270 gsm satin matte photo paper and placed inside the envelope.
Available sizes:
• 4x6 inches (10x15 cm)
• 5x7 inches (13x18 cm)
The better the quality and resolution of the photo you upload, the better the final printed result will be.
Do You Read Our Letters?
It is technically possible for messages sent through any social media platform to be seen or read by those providing this service. However, dedicating time to do so is never feasible. Our sole focus is to deliver your letters, which we value greatly, accurately and on time. Please do not include messages to the Sendinmatemail team in your letters, as we cannot see them. Users are responsible for any content such as insults, offensive language, or similar, as we do not read letters.
Can I Cancel My Letter?
Yes. You can cancel your letter before it is delivered to the recipient. Cancellation can result in three different outcomes:
If the letter is still in the preparation stage, it is canceled, and your full payment is refunded.
If the letter has been prepared and assigned a barcode number, part of your payment is deducted, and the cancellation is completed.
If the letter is in the USPS mailing stage but has not yet been delivered to the recipient, the cancellation is still possible, but no refund is given. In this case, the letter is returned to the sender’s address. USPS charges a fee for cancellations at this stage, but Sendinmatemail covers this cost.
Our Working Hours
At Sendinmatemail, we do not have holidays. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even on official holidays and days with curfews. However, the USPS does not operate on official holidays, so letters are accepted but not dispatched. Shipments are sent at the start of the first business hour after the holiday ends.
What Is the Sendinmatemail Mailbox?
Members who do not have a permanent address or who live abroad can receive their letters at the Sendinmatemail Mailbox. Their relatives send the letters to the Mektup Yaz address. Incoming letters are scanned and uploaded to the system, and you can read them from your panel. For more details, you can contact us via our live support or WhatsApp line.
Can I Change the Address of My Letter in the Mailing Stage?
Yes. For example, if you sent a letter and realized after mailing that the recipient’s address was incorrect, you can request an address change before the letter is delivered or stamped for return. This service may incur a fee of around 6 each, but it may not—USPS will determine the exact cost. You can check the system to see if the address has been successfully updated.
What Is Payment with Balance?
We’ve added this feature for members who send letters frequently and don’t want to spend time entering their card details every time they check out. You can add balance to your account anytime, in any amount you choose. When you’re ready to pay, simply click “Pay with Balance” at checkout and complete your purchase instantly — no need to re-enter card details or deal with extra steps. You can top up your balance using a credit or debit card, or via bank transfer (EFT), whichever is most convenient for you.
Can I Edit My Letter?
Yes, you can edit your letter — as long as it hasn’t gone into print yet. After an order is placed, letters may enter the printing process either immediately or sometimes within 24 hours. During the time before printing begins, you’re still able to make changes.
Here’s how it works:
Log in to your account and click on “Sent Items.” If the “Request Edit” button next to your letter is active, you can select it. After submitting your request, please wait 5–10 minutes. Your letter will be moved back to your “Drafts” folder, and the payment will be refunded to your Wallet balance. Once you’ve finished editing, you can complete the process again by selecting “Pay with Balance.”
Please note: If your letter has already been printed and moved into the mailing stage, editing will no longer be possible. In that case, the “Request Edit” button will not be active.

Premium-quality photo prints:
